In her new role as President of Executive Search, Kris will oversee all aspects of the executive search practice, including business development, client relationship management, and search execution. After a decade of strengthening Stevenson's operations and execution teams, Kris is well-positioned to lead this natural transition for both her and the firm. She has been instrumental in building the firm's reputation for excellence, leading the firm’s Board Advisory Practice, building leadership teams across biotech and chairing the firm’s DE&I initiatives. Her leadership has guided numerous clients through critical executive appointments, and her insights on building effective boards have been featured in industry publications.
