Kickoff

You talk, we listen.

We kick off the search by meeting with key stakeholders and decision makers to gain alignment on requirements, goals, and timelines. During this step, we listen and ask plenty of questions to gain insight into the role, business strategy, and culture.
Strategy

Now the fun begins.

Next up, we map organizational and competitive landscapes in order to analyze market intel and gain insights. Simultaneously, we begin engaging our global executive network.
Candidate Development & Assessment

Finding The One.

Throughout the process, we conduct confidential and formal references in order to narrow in on the right candidates. We work closely with our client to select which candidates will then move on to stakeholder interviews. We also handle all the prep work, along with post-interview debriefs and feedback.
Search completion

Closing the deal & beyond.

Once the finalist candidate has been selected, we work with the client on the offer and also counsel the candidate — ensuring everything goes smoothly on both sides. But we don’t just settle up there. We also host a debrief on the search, hold post-hire check-ins, and are there to ensure a successful transition.
