Cassandra Galloway, Director of Client Partnerships
Cassandra joins Stevenson with over 15 years of experience building high-impact partnerships. Most recently as Senior Client Partner at Eliassen Group, she partnered with Fortune 500 Life Sciences companies and high-growth biotech/medtech organizations to deliver specialized expertise across professional services, consulting, and AI-enabled solutions spanning R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Medical & Commercial, and Manufacturing & Supply Chain. Before that, she led sales and education at Online Trading Academy and worked in business development at MAGNUS Personnel Corporation, focusing on pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech accounts.
Based in Florida, Cassandra is known for her collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with executive leaders, functional heads, and technical teams. Her background blends scientific fluency with commercial acumen, positioning her to build strong, lasting partnerships with clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from McMaster University.
Alicia Uva, Director of Operations, On-Demand
Alicia joins Stevenson with a background in building high-performing teams in demanding operational environments. Most recently as Senior Field Staff Concierge at Tandym Group, she managed relationships with over 6,000 consultants across healthcare, technology, and professional services. She also built the Field Staff Concierge team from the ground up, training new team members and developing the processes that allowed the function to scale.
Based in New Jersey, Alicia is known for her collaborative approach and strong communication skills. Her experience managing relationships with contractors and partnering across multiple internal teams positions her well to support the continued growth of Stevenson's On-Demand Talent Solutions division. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Management Concentration from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
Melissa Yee, Senior Research Associate
Melissa joins Stevenson with a background in building high-performing teams in demanding operational environments. Most recently she was at Vertex Pharmaceuticals where she developed proactive sourcing strategies for complex VP+ roles across all functions, including confidential and board-critical positions in Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D.
During her previous tenure at Stevenson from 2018 to 2021, Melissa supported the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer on executive searches for clients ranging from pre-series A companies to commercial-stage life sciences organizations. Her work included recruiting C-level executives and non-executive board members across multiple functional areas.
Based in New Jersey, Melissa brings a proven track record of building robust candidate pipelines and the ability to pivot search strategies when necessary. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Marist University.
