Stevenson was initially tasked with educating Janssen’s corporate talent acquisition (TA) team on the competitive landscape and how to create a new Data Sciences capability. After a successful presentation to 20+ TA leaders, we were tapped to partner with them on their strategic and hiring efforts.
Leveraging existing data and our global network, we worked together to develop a comprehensive strategy for building their new Data Sciences team. And all that planning paid off. We successfully made key placements across all therapeutic areas — from the Head of Regulatory Affairs, Data Sciences to Vice President and Senior Director level executives. And to support their continued growth, we also established a warm network and talent pipeline for the future.
