Niki Manalo

Niki brings nearly 20 years of dedicated Life Science Industry experience to Stevenson, specializing in supporting Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Diagnostics clients. She guides them through every phase - Preclinical, Clinical, and Commercial. Niki is passionate about building lasting client relationships, always prioritizing their needs to become a trusted partner.

As Vice President, Business Development of On-Demand Talent Solutions, Niki spearheads business development, focusing on supporting clients across the West Coast and beyond. She excels at providing customized resourcing solutions, adeptly handling both consulting and contingent direct hire roles to meet the unique demands of each client.

Niki earned her BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley, launching her career as a New Product Development Scientist. After several years in the lab, she pursued a Master’s in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University to deepen her understanding of the business aspects of product development and commercialization. This foundation has enabled her to spend the last two decades expertly delivering tailored resourcing solutions to a growing client base.

Outside of work, you can usually find Niki on the beach volleyball or tennis court. Beyond sports, she deeply values quality time with her family, including her husband and two children. Her curiosity also extends to the world, as she loves traveling, learning about new cultures, and sampling cuisine from all over the globe.
