Michael Lazar

Mike joined Stevenson Search Partners in 2025 to lead our Medical Technology Practice and support the continued growth of our Therapeutics Practice. With nearly 20 years of executive search and in-house talent leadership experience across the life sciences sector, Mike’s expertise spans medical devices, biopharma, and consumer healthcare.  

Prior to joining Stevenson, Mike held many broad-based, global talent leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue.  Prior to working in multi-national organizations, Mike spent over 10 years in executive search supporting the growth of a diverse mix of clients across the life sciences industry, building R&D and commercial teams, and has been recognized among the PharmaVoice100 as a change agent within the life sciences industry. Mike earned his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy & Political Theory from Muhlenberg College. 

 Outside ofhis work, Mike looks forward to traveling and spending time with his family and can usually be found reliving his glory days coaching youth sports.  A big sports fan, he also enjoys live music and is active in support of a number of charitable organizations, with a particular focus on serving the veteran community.
