As a Principal at the Stevenson Search Partners, Melissa utilizes her nearly 15 years of Life Sciences experience to advise organizations on attracting top executives for their most critical leadership roles across science, development, and business. Melissa’s clients span Stevenson's broad base, ranging from Pre-Series A ventures to commercial stage life sciences companies across multiple functional areas, including C-Level executives and Non-Executive Board members. Her early career as a Deloitte Management Consultant grounded Melissa in the core strategic, operational, and talent challenges across every function in a life sciences organization.
When not playing talent matchmaker, Melissa can be found trying to keep a Titleist in the fairway, hiding cauliflower in Giada’s best recipes, or (fairly slowly) finishing triathlons so she can celebrate with oysters, chocolate cake, and bubbles.
