Larry is a dynamic, results-driven leader with over two decades of experience in the talent solutions industry. Since joining Stevenson Search Partners, he has been instrumental in driving the firm's strategic expansion, reinforcing its position as a premier total talent solutions provider.

Larry has spearheaded the firm-wide growth strategy, successfully transitioning the organization from a lifestyle business into a growth-oriented enterprise. A key milestone has been launching and scaling an On-Demand Talent Solutions service offering, establishing a critical, high-margin revenue stream that allows Stevenson to go deeper and wider with clients. His focus on operational excellence led to a comprehensive overhaul of the finance function, implementing new technologies for efficiency and elevating key leaders into revenue-generating and operational roles.

Prior to Stevenson, Larry served as CEO of The Execu|Search Group (now Tandym Group), where his strategic thinking and entrepreneurial spirit drove significant growth. He successfully completed and integrated two acquisitions, including a self-sourced proprietary deal, which doubled the size of the Technology vertical to $150 million in top-line revenue. Larry also launched a successful Life Sciences vertical that generated over $25 million in revenue in less than four years and guided the company through the COVID-19 pandemic, during which the firm saw a three-fold increase in revenue.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Larry enjoys spending quality time with his family, his wife Nicole, his two daughters, Avery and Logan, and his two sons, Brody and Jack. His hobbies include tennis, exercise, and traveling, and he is particularly fond of sunrises, sunsets, and all beach-related activities.
