Cassandra Galloway

Cassandra brings over 15 years of experience building and managing high-impact partnerships, with the last 7.5 years focused exclusively within the Life Sciences ecosystem. With a Bachelor of Science degree and formal training in Life Sciences, Cassandra originally set out to pursue medicine. During her studies, however, she founded and operated a business, an experience that sparked a passion for the commercial and strategic side of the industry and ultimately shaped her career path.

At Stevenson Search Partners, Cassandra partners with MedTech, Biotech, and Pharmaceutical organizations to deliver specialized on-demand talent and consulting solutions across critical functions. She is known for her relationship-driven approach, strategic mindset, and ability to deeply understand client needs, allowing her to align the right expertise at the right moment to support growth, transformation, and execution.

Cassandra’s background blends scientific fluency with commercial acumen, enabling her to work seamlessly with executive leaders, functional heads, and technical teams alike. She prides herself on being a trusted partner to her clients, helping them navigate complexity, scale effectively, and achieve long-term success.

 Outside of work, Cassandra is rarely sitting still—you can usually find her at a field, rink, or gymnasium supporting her kids’ activities, cheering on her husband at rugby, or lacing up her own skates to play hockey. She also loves traveling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.
