Caroline Hunt

Caroline joined Stevenson in 2024 to enhance their continued growth across the UK and Europe. With a deep understanding of the early-stage ecosystem, Caroline specializes in Board and Senior Executive talent advisory across all areas of Life Sciences with a focus on VC & PE back organizations. With nearly 20 years of experience in executive search, she prides herself on working with her clients and their investors to build senior leadership teams with a diverse yet complimentary set of experience, thoughts, and perspectives.

 Having started her career as a Virologist she moved into executive search and has worked globally in both boutique organisations, based in the UK and North America, SHREK firm Korn Ferry, and a global strategic consulting business. Caroline graduated from the University of Warwick with a BSc in Microbiology & Virology and holds an MSc in Medical Microbiology from the School of Tropical Medicine.

 As a single mum to two boys, Caroline's’ spare time is spent on the sidelines, generally in the mud and the rain, and occasionally at Goodison Park despairing at her football team Everton.
