Search Coordinator

The Role
Search Coordinators expedite all aspects of the recruiting process with multi-faceted, project-specific support to clients, candidates, senior management and the broader internal recruiting organization. Because the Operations team gains exposure across the business, the potential responsibilities for this position are limited only by the successful candidate’s desire to learn, grow, and make an impact on the company.
Primary Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Engage with search teams in a project manager capacity to ensure a seamless process across all levels of the organization

Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with clients and candidates by guiding them expertly through the search process

Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with peers to improve office processes, gain efficiencies, enhance service delivery, and garner new skills and knowledge

Marketing and Branding

  • Create client-facing presentations and reports that reflect innovative ways of communicating our story

Research

  • Assist Research Associates in organizational research and competitive benchmarking, utilizing a variety of databases, internet technologies, and best-in-class methodologies to stay abreast of the market

Coordination and Logistics

  • Manage complex calendaring, travel, and documentation for search engagements in support of our Recruiters, Business Developers, and external clients

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a service-based business, preferably within a search firm or consulting environment
  • Open to recent college graduates
